Constanza is a Food Scientist with over 15 years of experience working in the food Industry doing Microbiology, Analytical testing and Food safety programs to ensure customers get the best quality food in their table with most nutritional value. 

​

She is graduated as well from Baking and Pastry program at Vancouver Community College.

​

Baking is a science and an art and Constanza has a passion for both, she loved baking and she hopes her knowledge would help her to create the most delicious baking products with the most nutritional value using the best Food Safety Practices and Regulations.

Quality ingredients are the utmost importance and for that reason we source local, seasonal, free range sustainable, Non-GMO and organic ingredients.

 

We believe in supporting our local farmers and strengthen our local economy. Many food travel miles to get to our table and it uses large amounts of natural resources (specifically fossil fuel) that contributes to pollution and creates trash with extra packing.

 

Being part of the Farm Market Bakery gives you a taste of our small town life in the midst of our wonderful city of Vancouver.
